Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Everything was really nice, its like 5 meters from the ski track, location of the hotel is perfect, if u ask me these are the best ski slopes in dolomites in italy, breakfeast and dinner was great, staff was polite and great, so basically i liked best everything around me :)

The only thing that i could come up with that wasnt as i expected was the room, or should i say how big the room was, since it was really small, but because i dont really care about that since i only need room to sleep, and it was clean and everything, i could care less..

The hotel staff, was verry nice, and always try to help.

The internet access cost to mach. The half board do not includ watter.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The breakfast had a wide variety of choices to choose from, including cold and hot dishes. The hotel facilities were outstanding - we loved the sauna and relaxation area that provided us with the much-needed relaxation after a busy day. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for us as it was very close to the skiing slopes, which made it easy for us to hit the slopes as we please. Lastly, the staff was always friendly and hospitable, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

I could not fault the hotel, the staff went out of their way to help. The food was excellent and the room was warm comfortable and spacious.

The only fault that I had was the very poor bus service, which was infrequent and the timetable was extremely difficult to read. Also you have to pay separately for the service. It is not covered by the ski pass.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Selva di Val Gardena. The location was fantastic, very close to the skiing slopes, which was perfect for our ski holiday. The staff were absolutely fabulous, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We also loved the delicious food served in the fabulous restaurant, with a wide variety of options for both breakfast and dinner.

The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful, ensuring that the customer feels like a king/queen. The rooms with a view of the mountain Sasso Lungo are absolutely stunning, offering a picturesque backdrop for guests. Additionally, the breakfast provides a wide variety of options to start the day off right.

As a woman traveling alone, I had a fantastic time at this hotel set in a beautiful mountain location. The hotel was close to the slopes and conveniently close to the local Christmas markets in small villages accessible by bus. The room was clean and comfortable, with great service from friendly staff. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide range of choices to suit most tastes. The hotel even provided a free travel ticket between villages, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I especially enjoyed the wonderful view from the balcony.

There were limited English media options available, as most television channels were in Italian or German.
